MOXY Athens City Hotel – Roof Garden Noise Barrier

ALPHA Acoustiki successfully undertook the implementation of soundproofing measures in the roof garden of the MOXY Athens City hotel. The design of the noise barrier was focused on reducing noise propagation from mechanical units, such as chillers, VRV’s, AHU’s, while ensuring compliance with Greek legislation. In addition, in this project special emphasis was placed on the aesthetics of the roof garden space, as the hotel’s bar area operates right next to the metal sound barrier.
